Where we come from
Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar has spent more than twenty years training people: managers in companies, officers in government, police and defence, and faculty in colleges and universities. Most of this was through his firm, Ultimate Management Solutions (UMS).
Training helps only up to a point when the real problem is an unclear structure or an HR policy nobody follows. UC Management was set up to take on that work as well as training.
