UC Management was founded by Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar after more than twenty years of training managers, officers and faculty. We work with government bodies, colleges and growing companies on training, structure and HR.
UC stands for United Consciousness.
In most organisations we work with, people at different levels have a different idea of what the organisation is trying to do. The head has one picture, middle managers have another and frontline staff have a third.
Much of our work, whether training, role design or HR policy, is about bringing those pictures closer together. That is what the name means to us.

Each one comes out of what Dr. Tomar has been doing for the last two decades. Many projects involve more than one, for example a new structure followed by training for the managers in it.

UC Management was incorporated in August 2026. Before that, Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar built Ultimate Management Solutions (UMS), a training firm. These figures come from his work there.
How a project usually runs
- 01
First meeting
We meet, usually in person, to understand what you need. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so.
- 02
Proposal
A short written proposal covering scope, timeline, who from our side will do the work, and the fee.
- 03
Fieldwork
Interviews, site visits and sometimes a staff survey, before we recommend anything.
- 04
Delivery and handover
We run the training or put the structure and policies in place, then hand over the material to your team.
